Tropical North Queensland Institute of TAFE (TNQT) delivers vocational education and training across the northern peninsula of Queensland and the islands of the Torres Strait. From aquaculture to social housing and optical dispensing to visual arts, TNQT is registered to deliver 500 nationally recognised programs in over 30 vocational training areas. To deliver this diverse array of programs and to help meet the vocational education and training needs of the region, the Institute supports and encourages partnership arrangements with local, state and national training providers.
