Our dedicated and experienced teaching and support staff are committed to delivering quality products and services, backed by the latest in learning technology and teaching resources.
We endeavour to achieve best practice in all aspects of our operations and strive to deliver responsive, flexible and relevant training solutions for business and industry.
Tropical North Queensland Institute of TAFE is a specialist provider of training to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, delivering more than a quarter of all vocational education and training to ATSI students in Queensland.
We are leaders in innovation in remote delivery, a direct result of meeting the challenges of providing training across a sparsely populated, 268,000 square kilometre area stretching from Papua New Guinea south to Cardwell.
This knowledge and experience is now informing delivery of programs to international clients, both domestically and abroad, in a growing export market.
As the pace of change the world over increases, the central role that vocational education and training plays in maintaining and developing vital and prosperous communities cannot be underestimated.
We all have a part to play in the future of our communities, our nations and the world. A decision to study, train and learn with Tropical North Queensland Institute of TAFE is a solid investment in that future.
